Screen Printing provides contract printing services to ASI
distributors, print brokers, and resellers. Please complete the listed
items below and fax to 815-744-8879 . Distributor status will not be
granted until all of these items are on file. Job applicants may call
regarding their application and available positions after submitting
resume or application. Salary will NOT be discussed until all requested
information is submitted and your experience may be reviewed.

will print on goods we provide or those you purchase. We offer free
pickup from S&S Activewear. You must list American as your pickup
company when placing your goods order for this service. If you have any
questions about the requested documentation or the ordering process,
